Why are we doing this?

Yes we’re in the business to make a living but we actually enjoy dealing with our customers. You folks are why we do this. From the very beginning we’ve tried to meet your needs in the most efficient, least expensive fashion possible. Our focus was then and remains now customer satisfaction. These two simple words have been abused by everyone and their brothers from time immemorial. It’s not a slogan with us...it’s an operating mandate. It’s easy to rest on your laurels if your performance is substandard to begin with. The hard part is to continually try to improve. We are forever asking ourselves what we should do next, how can we raise our game? We make a few fine-tuning type changes from time to time but for the most part it is business as it’s always been with us. Let us know what you need and we’ll take it from there. Thanks again for giving us the chance to serve. You’ve responded with your loyalty and friendliness towards us. It’s nice to know that people appreciate your efforts. You, our customers, make this whole thing worthwhile. Thank you.
